Many of our friends/friendly competition in the business got out of the business due to the economic situation and the high cost of WEB advertising.

We are a recruiting firm. Delta Management Systems/Systems Support Consultants, Inc. has been in the recruiting business for more than 25 years. Our focus was on Information technology and we have placed candidates all over the country, including Alaska, Hawaii, California and Florida.

We needed exposure for our applicants and job orders, and we thought that other recruiting firms and those employers who had limited budget would appreciate and use a site that was extensive but low cost.

We believe that if a firm cannot place an applicant as we could not on all we received then why not share. We also thought that applicants would appreciate the opportunity to manage resumes for free.

So we created this web based recruiting system with the capacity to search both job orders and resumes and manage unlimited job orders or resumes.
